Cancellation and Refund Policy
The customer can cancel their subscription at any time. To do so, the customer can send an email to our support team using the contact information found on our Contact page, or use the cancellation button available within their account page at My Account -> Subscriptions. Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The customer must cancel at least 1 day before their next billing cycle begins to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. If the customer cancels by this deadline, they will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle and their subscription will expire at the end of the current cycle.
Upon cancellation, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer shortly after. Cancellation of the subscription constitutes termination of the contract between the customer and our company. For information on potential refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these license and usage conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Fair Use
